In spite of the clear notice at the bottom of our website, people were still under the impression that we were a part of Open-Realty® or Transparent Technologies and again I want to say, we are not.

Because of this misunderstanding, openrealtytemplates.com will need to revamp the way we present addons and templates so please be patient as we work this matter out.

In the mean time we want to make a few things clear.
1. People have been complaining thinking that we have not given proper support and for that we do apologize but most of that is because of the above misunderstanding, thinking openrealtytemplates.com was also "Open-Realty® or Transparent Technologies" thus expecting support for Open-Realty® and not just support for our templates.
2. All our templates comes with what we consider to be appropriate instructions but can be challenging to those new to Open-Realty® and those with little or no web design skills. These template and addons are not magic, you will still need to know enough about Open-Realty®, some HTML, CSS and PHP, to make some of your desired changes. Some addons are so simple they just drop in and does not require documentation, those that require documentation will have those docs in the addon folder. Each template list in details the addons that comes with it and those are even shown on our website before you purchase the template.
3. We do have a support ticket system in place so those who purchase from us need to come to us via that media.
4. For those not familiar with Open-Realty® please take time to know this powerful script before taking on the challenge of using one of our templates.
5. No one is perfect so we do apologize for those we have offended.

We are about to write a new chapter and it will take some time to do it so please be patient with us.
openrealtytemplates.com is a dream and it's not about to die.
Because of the above issues, we will be removing some of our templates and addons until this matter is resolve but if you know Open Realty well enough, you should be OK using our templates.
